The Josef Ressel Center for Blockchain-Technologies & Security management is a research institution operated by the St. Pölten University of Applied Sciences. The research objective is making secure and future-proof blockchain-based technologies available to a larger audience.
K1 competence center with the goal of the scientifically based further development of the blockchain technology and its application in various economic sectors. These range from Industry 4.0/Internet of Things, logistics and supply chain applications to applications in administration, culture and the public sector.
The St. Pölten University of Applied Sciences will participate in the K1-Center CDP – Austrian Center for Digital Production. The nationwide research cooperation encourages and enables industrial enterprises to take measures and actions towards transitioning to smart product creation processes
The Josef Ressel Center for Unified Threat Intelligence on Targeted Attacks (TARGET) is a research institution operated by the St. Pölten University of Applied Sciences. Its mission is to explore novel techniques for detecting and mitigating targeted attacks on IT systems. The research objective is to develop a unified methodology for the detection and mitigation of this new class of cyber-threats.
