In the health and nursing professions in particular, employees are exposed to high stresses.
- How can people working in this field be supported, and their psychological resilience strengthened?
In the project “Pro Resilienz”, UAS researcher Tatjana Aubram addressed this question and developed a guide for the promotion of psychological resilience together with her fellow researcher Sandra Vyssoki.
“With our training programme, we can systematically support employees in reinforcing their individual resilience at the workplace in the long term as this will make it easier for them to deal with crisis situations.
Subsequently, it will take an organisational structure where such supporting measures can be sustainably embedded in companies. Our guide offers companies important recommendations for such actions”, explains Tatjana Aubram, Project Head and Junior Researcher at the St. Pölten UAS’ Institute for Innovation Systems.
