First mockups of the social media monitoring tool SAMBA are published. The mockup shows the basic functionality of the tool: After a search query for artists, songs or genres certain releases can be selected. For these releases, the number of comments on different social media platforms will be presented over time. The core of the tool is the aggregation of the results from text mining. Particular attention is paid to the interactivity and transparency of the underlying information. The social media life cycle of a song release can thus be understood in detail by the artists and managers.
