On March 22, 2018, a full-day workshop was held with Mihai Lupu, PhD, Studiodirektor im Research Studio Data Science (DSc) for the SAMBA team and other interested researchers at the University of Applied Sciences St. Pölten. Mihai Lupu is one of the leading experts in information retrieval and text mining in Austria. In the workshop, the theoretical foundations of text mining (information retrieval, term weighting, scoring models, natural language processing, sentiment analysis) were taught.
