Gender and Diversity
Creating equal opportunities
Our campus is a tolerant and inclusive environment where everyone is welcome. We actively oppose societal inequalities based on gender identity, age, sexual orientation, disability, religion, and social/ethnic background. This is reflected, among other things, in our initiative and support for innovative projects promoting inclusion, gender equality, and diversity.
Equal opportunities is a key principle of our Gender Equality Plan 2023-2025. It also outlines our goals for continuous development and improvement.
